Boil 5g of Kabasura kudineer chooranam with 200ml of water till the decoction reduces to 50ml, filter and drink hot. Take twice daily.

Dip a towel in hot water, squeeze it dry and press against the affected area to open up the pores which will then facilitate better absorption.
